Ohio Valley—Also known as Steubenville-style pizza, after the city in which it originated, Ohio Valley-style pizza has been served at DiCarlo’s Pizza in Steubenville since 1945. The square-shaped pie is topped with sauce and toppings, then baked without cheese. It gets a topping of provolone after it comes out of the oven; the cheese melts from the heat of the sauce and dough. READ MORE
